go to Mail Admin
Go
to Main Menu &
Click Email Account link

| Click MODIFY
USER for the POP Account whose password you want to change / reset |
 |
New
Password: <new password>
Password (again): <new password>
choose MODIFY USER button

How to Enable / Disable
a Vacation Message:
When you go on vacation or will be away from
your email for an extended period of time, it's nice to let people know that you
are gone. The vacation message does this.
Before you leave, turn on vacation message. Anyone who sends you mail while you
are gone will get an automatic "vacation message". Your vacation
message typically tells people that you are away from your mail and lets them
know when you will return and if there is anyone else they can talk to for
assistance.
When you return your emails will be waiting for you to
read & then you should turn off vacation!
go to Mail Admin
Go
to Main Menu &
Click Email Account link

| Click MODIFY
USER for the POP Account whose password you want to change / reset |

ENABLE
VACATION MESSAGE
click the circle: ENABLE VACATION
enter Vacation Message Subject
enter Vacation Message
click MODIFY USER button
the Vacation Message Subject & Message
is what the sender will receive when they email you while your vacation
message is enabled

DISABLE
VACATION MESSAGE
click the circle: DISABLE FORWARDS / VACATION
click MODIFY USER button

How to Forward Email to a
different email address:
You can forward all your email@yourdomain.com
to a different email address
OR Save a copy of your email in your email@yourdomain.com
pop box & forward to a different email address
go to Mail Admin

to Main Menu &
Click Email Account link

USER for the POP Account whose password you want to change / reset |

EMAIL ONLY:
click the circle: ENABLE FORWARD
Forward Email To: <email to forward to>
click MODIFY USER button
OR

FORWARD
EMAIL & SAVE COPY:
click circle: ENABLE FORWARD
Forward Email To: <email to forward to>
click box: ENABLE SAVE COPY & FORWARD
click MODIFY USER button

FORWARD
click the circle: DISABLE FORWARDS / VACATION
