InterCape
Online provides a Virtual Domain Email Administration Panel (otherwise referred
to as Mail Admin) to control virtual domain email addresses through any web
browser. You can Create / Delete
POP Accounts, Change Email Box Passwords, Setup “Catch-All” Accounts,
Aliases, Forwards, set up Mailing Lists and Autoresponders. This page explains how to use the Virtual Domain Email
Administration Panel (Mail Admin)
As
you can see, InterCape’s Mail Admin is very powerful and flexible.
Here is a summary of the types of virtual domain mailboxes you may create
and maintain:
POP
Account: POP Email boxes allow you to SEND & RECEIVE email from that POP
email address.

Aliases:
Email Aliases allow you to RECEIVE email using that email Alias address.
You will be SENDING email out with your default email address.
Forward:
Forwards allow you to RECEIVE virtual domain email that will be forwarded to
your external email address. You
will be SENDING mail out with your default email address.
Mailing
List: A Mailing List is a group of people (members/subscribers) that can
send / receive emails amongst themselves.
AutoResponder:
Autoresponders (also known as mailbots, infobots, e-mail-on-demand, AR’s)
are computer programs designed to automatically send an automated email message
to anyone who sends an email to autoresponder email address.
NOTE:
Each POP Email owner may Change/Reset Password for their POP Account,
Enable/Disable Vacation Message or Forward Email. click

How
to Log into the Mail Admin:
Go to: http://mail.intercape.com/admin
Enter
the following information:
POP ACCOUNT: Postmaster
DOMAIN:
<type in your domain name without the www. prefix>
PASSWORD:
<enter password assigned in your Connection Letter under the heading VIRTUAL
DOMAIN ADMINISTRATION>
EXAMPLE:
POP
ACCOUNT: Postmaster
DOMAIN:
yourdomain.com
PASSWORD:
yourpassword

How
to Log Out of the Mail Admin:
For security, you should always remember to logout of the Mail Admin after you are done with the Mail Admin.
Go to Mail Admin Main Menu &
click the Log Out link
