How to set up additional email addresses in Outlook 2000.

1. Open Outlook               

      

2. TOOLS - Accounts

      

 

3. Add - Mail

 

 

    

 

4. Type in the name of the display name - it can be anything that you want

 

 

     

5. Type in your email address

ie: webmaster@yourdomain.com

      

  

6. Type in the following:

Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP Server):

pop3.intercape.com

Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:
smtp.intercape.com

      

7. Type in the following:

Account Name: <yourname@yourdomain.com>

ie: webmaster@yourdomain.com

Password: <assigned password>

      

8. Choose the type of connection that you use

-phone, lan or establish connection manually

 

 

 

       

9. DONE!  You can now send/receive mail from all of the email addresses that are listed in Outlook
