How to Manually Delete your Previous ISP's Dialer

 Double click MY COMPUTER on your desktop

  

Double click DIALUP NETWORKING

  

Select your old ISP dialer & 

press DELETE on your keyboard
OR

Right Click your old ISP dialer & choose Delete

 

Choose YES when asked to Confirm Connection Delete
You have successfully deleted your previous ISP's dialer and your Dial-Up Networking window should 
look similar to the following screen shot
