Go to your Desktop & DOUBLE CLICK the left mouse button on the generic-dialer-setup-with-GENERIC-EMAIL.exe icon as shown here:

Fill in the following fields with the information that we provided for you - subject line was 'ISP Setup File' - OK:

Return to your Desktop & SINGLE CLICK the left mouse button & press DELETE on your keyboard - this will delete the .exe file from your computer and desktop.
